The Guernsey Business web site has been created by the Guernsey Enterprise
Agency to replace the traditional written Guides previously supplied to anyone considering establishing a business on
the Island.
By building this on line resource we can ensure all the information contained is as up to date as possible.
We have also included within this site, information that will be of interest to existing Guernsey businesses. In particular
we have included a Health Check for exisiting businesses and information about Exit Strategies.
The web site is divided up into areas of specific interest, like accountancy,
banking and legal matters. If you are looking at this site from outside of the Island, it should be remembered that Guernsey
is a Crown Dependency and is therefore not part of the United Kingdom or the European Union and as such has its own unique
laws. While many mirror the laws in the UK, some things are very different and it is best to seek advice from Guernsey specialists.
